High Heels Poker Tour Ladies Event Results from Gold Strike

CONGRATULATES DEB HARDWICK ON TAKING 1ST PLACE AT GOLD STRIKE

Ft. Lauderdale (March 2, 2010) – The HighHeelsPokerTour (HHPT), the first all women’s poker tour launched on the East coast, is extremely proud to announce that Deb Hardwick, has taken the title of the Gold Strike’s Delta Poker Classic Ladies Event.

The 1-day event was a $230 buy-in that began Saturday, January 16th at 11 am. There were 66 women who played in this year’s event bringing the prize pool to $12,715. The field was nearly double from 2009, this was HHPT first visit to Gold Strike. In the end it was Deb Harwick who took first place along with the $4,611. This was Deb’s first ladies event win at the Gold Strike. Third place finisher Peg Ledman has cashed in several ladies events including the WSOP Satellite at New Orleans. Another player of note was 10th place finisher Donna Jetter, a graduate of High Heels Poker Tour Academy, who was the 2010 WSOP Ladies Event winner at Harrah’s.

HHPT’s spring schedule is jam packed with events all over the United States. In March HHPT is taking the tour to Jacksonville, FL for the Ms. March Madness at Orange Park March 6th. On March 14th, the HHPT will be at The Isle Capri Casino at Pompano Park as part of the “Battle at the Beach” series. March 28th, HHPT will be head back to the Beau Rivage for the Spring Break Poker Classic. April, HHPT will be heading for Tampa. May will take the HHPT to New Orleans for the WSOP Circuit event on May 19th, Turning Stone on May 15th, and Jacksonville May 21st-May 23rd. March 5th & 6th HHPT Presents the first Ms March Madness Ladies Event

HIGH HEELS POKER TOUR IS CO-HOSTING THE MS MARCH MADNESS LADIES EVENT ON MARCH 6th AT ORANGE PARK KENNEL CLUB

Ft. Lauderdale (February 10, 2010) – The HighHeelsPokerTour (HHPT), the first all women’s poker tour launched on the East coast, is continuing its 2010 schedule at Orange Park Kennel Club in Jacksonville, FL. The HHPT will co-brand the ladies no-limit hold’em event on March 6th at 2 pm. The buy-in for this event is $150. Satellites for this event will be Friday, March 5th @ 7:30pm buy-in $50.

The winter/spring schedule is jam packed with events all over the United States. In Feb, on the 27th the HHPT will head to the Gold Strike in Tunica. March is taking the tour to Jacksonville, FL for the Ms. March Madness at Orange Park March 6th. On March 14th, the HHPT will be at The Isle Capri Casino at Pompano Park as part of the “Battle at the Beach” series. HIGH HEELS POKER TOUR IS PART OF THE DELTA GOLD POKER CLASSIC – LADIES EVENT ON FEBRURARY 27th
AT GOLD STRIKE CASINO RESORT

Ft. Lauderdale (Februray 10, 2010) – The HighHeelsPokerTour (HHPT), the first all women’s poker tour launched on the East coast, is continuing its 2010 schedule at the Gold Strike in Tunica, MS. The HHPT will co-brand the ladies no-limit hold’em event on February 27th at 11 am. The buy-in for this event is $230. This event is part of the Delta Gold Poker Classic held yearly at the Gold Strike Casino Resort.
