Final Results are available for the 2007 Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit Championship. This was a $5,000 Buy-in No Limit Hold'em tournament with a total of 181 players entered which created a prize pool worth $877,850.

Peter Feldman of Harper Woods, Michigan beat David Matthew heads up to win the Championship Event at Harrah's Rincon in Valley Center, California. Peter Feldman finished in first place and received a total of $280,859. Feldman also received a WSOP Circuit gold ring and became only the second player in WSOP Circuit history to win two Championship Events. David Matthew of Toronto, Canada finished in second place and won $147,364 for his runner up finish. Matthew is best know for his second place finish in the 2006 WPT Championship where he won over $2.2 million in prize money. The top eighteen players received prize money.

Day 2 of the 2007 Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit Championship Event has concluded. The second day began with a total of 43 players remaining.

The second day saw a total of 34 players eliminated and they are down to the final nice players. They will battle it out at the final table for the first place prize which is worth $280,859.

Peter Feldman will begin the final table as the chip leader with a total of 440,000 chips in his stack. Today is the final day of the 2007 Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit Championship Event. We will provide complete results as soon as they become available.

2007 Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit Championship Event - Day 1 Chip Counts

Chip counts are available for the Championship Event at Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit throught day one. Event #11 is the $5,000 Buy-in No Limit Hold'em Championship tournament which drew a total of 181 entries. The prize pool is worth $877,850.

After ten days of preliminary events, the $5,000 Championship Event is underway at the 2007 Harrah's Rincon WSOP Circuit. There were a number of big name players entered in the event including Scotty Nguyen, Chris Ferguson, and Carlos Mortensen. This event attracted former WSOP gold bracelet winners Annie Duke, Layne Flack, Barry Greenstein, Gavin Griffin, Kathy Liebert, Max Pescatori, Robert Williamson III, and Todd Wittles. Some other players worth mentioning include Phil Gordon, Eric Lindgren, Gavin Smith, and James Van Alstyne.

The 2007 Harrah's Rincon Championship Event will take place from February 20th through the 22nd. One-hundred forty-eight players busted out on day one, leaveing 43 players remaining to battle it out for the final table.

Day 1 ended with Peter Feldman as the chip leader with a total of 128,700 in his stack. Peter Feldman is best know for his first place finish in the 2006 Harrah's New Orleans Championship Event. In second place in chips is Joe Sebok, son of Barry Greenstein, with a total of 119,100.
