Tournament Report

Final Table action commences at 12:00 Noon with table introductions and
biographies.  Shortly thereafter, the first hand is dealt.  The blinds are
$3000/6000 with an ante of $500.  Early table action is cautious with the
pots being distributed around the table.  The occasional short stack “all-in”
picks up a pot and stays alive.  Time runs out and the blinds increase to
$4000/$8000 with an ante of $1000.

9th Place:
Blair Rodman pushes all-in and is called by Ralph Perry in the big blind.  The
cards are turned; it’s 4c-5c for Rodman and a pocket pair of 10’s for Perry.
The flop is Kc-Qs-7h with the turn a 6d and the river a Js.  The pocket 10’s will
take down the pot.  Rodman finishes in 9th place.

8th Place:
Tony Cousineau declares all-in with Kd-Qd called by John Spadavecchia with
pocket A’s.  The flop of 5s-4d-2h followed by a 2c and 6s bring the
tournament to an end for Cousineau in 8th place.

7th Place:
Tom Schneider goes all-in with Ah-Kc called by Sean McCabe with pocket 5’s.
The board gives no salvation to Schneiders “Big Slick”; pocket 5’s takes down
the pot.  Schneider wins 7th place.

6th Place:
Pocket 9’s held by Robert Bright pushing all-in are called by Danny Fuhs with
10s-Qs.  Bright holds the lead with the flop of 8s-8h-7c.  The turn a Ks holds
the pocket 9’s out front; but a Qh is spiked on the river to award the pot to
Fuhs.  Bright takes away a 6th place finish.

The clock’s bell chimes.  The big blind will be $10000; small blind $5000 with
an ante of $1000.

5th Place:
McCabe bets out $30,000 pre-flop.  Perry, on the button, folds (pocket 3’s).
Spadavecchia, in the small blind pushes all-in followed by Baxter in the big
blind.  McCabe gets out of the way, folding his initial bet.  The hands are
turned.  It’s pocket 6’s for Spadavecchia and pocket Q’s for Baxter.
Baxter is well out front with the flop of 4c-5s-10s but a 6c on the turn
determines the winner.  A 5d will not change the outcome on the river for
Baxter.   Spadavecchia takes down a very large pot with his full house.
Baxter leaves in 5th place.

4th Place:
Fuhs is called by Perry, who is on the button to see the flop of Js-Ks-9c.  Fuhs
pushes all-in after the flop with 10s-7s quickly called once again by Perry
with  pocket 9’s.  An As on the turn gives Fuhs the flush until the board pairs
the K on the river for Perry’s full house.  Fuhs exits in 4th place.

The blinds increase to $6000/12000 with an ante of $2000.

3rd Place:
Perry raises in the small blind to 30k; called by Spadavecchia in the big blind.
The flop of 3s-7c-Kd is checked by Perry.  Spadavecchia bets $75k; Perry
calls.  A 8d on the turn is once again checked by Perry and bet by
Spadavecchia for 200k.  Perry pushes all-in and called.  Perry shows pocket
Q’s to Spadavecchia’s Kh-9h.  The river is a Jh giving no help to Perry’s Q’s
and the pot is pushed to Spadavecchia.  Perry takes away 3rd place.

John Spadavecchia has about a 3:1 chip lead over Sean McCabe; now heads-
up to determine the winner.  Spadavecchia builds his chip lead to about 5:1.
Thereafter, McCabe collects chips from Spadavecchia when his A-high
dominates the board.  The blinds increase to $8000/16000 with a $2000 ante.

2nd Place/1st Place:
McCabe pushes all-in on the button/small blind with 9s-6c called by
Spadavecchia with Ks-3h.  The flop of Kd-7c-7d determines the winner;  the
turn or river can offer no salvation.  It’s been a great World Series of
Poker/Caesars Circuit Event for all players and spectators alike.  McCabe
finishes in 2nd place to Spadaveccia in 1st.
